Hotel Sueno Maya Isla Mujeres

I loved the view from my balcony at Hotel Sueno Maya. Being able to look out over the Caribbean every morning was absolutely stunning. It made me feel like I was truly experiencing the beauty of the area. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was close to the ferry and the main tourist areas, but still had a local feel to it. The room itself was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities like wifi and a fridge. Plus, having free water and beach towels provided was a nice added touch. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room at Hotel Sueno Maya. The bed was big and cozy, and the decor was lovely. The little kitchen was a bonus, complete with a big fridge and all the utensils I needed to cook. I especially enjoyed the balcony, where I could relax and take in the surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they cleaned my room every day. The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to town but still quiet. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel on a more quiet street offers great value for money. The small kitchen in the room was a fantastic bonus, allowing us to cook our own meals. The staff were helpful and the rooms had a fantastic view from the private balcony.

The room was clean and spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. the wifi worked well, allowing me to stay connected with my friends and family. the hotel's location was a major plus for me, as it was conveniently close to the ferry and within walking distance of the main tourist area with restaurants and shops.

The lack of customer service and knowledge displayed by the staff. It seemed like they could benefit from some training in this area.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay. They provided useful information about the island and were quick to assist with any requests. They even went the extra mile to arrange for a doctor to come to the hotel when one of us fell ill. the rooms were spacious and well, equipped with a kitchenette, allowing us to prepare breakfast and save time and money. the location was excellent, with supermarkets nearby and the main pedestrian street within walking distance. Plus, the beach was just a short stroll away.

Although our room faced the street, there was some noise in the mornings. However, this was easily remedied by using earplugs.

The location, staff, and price were all excellent. Room had a view of the water, comfortable bed, and nice decor. Free toiletries and WiFi were a plus.

It was all superb.

The hotel is conveniently located close to everything but just outside of all the hustle and bustle. It's just down the street from the beach, making it perfect for catching the lovely sunrise. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The wifi didn't work in our room, but it was available in other areas of the hotel.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful Playa Norte, on a more quiet street away from the noise. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained, including rooms with balconies over the interior rooms.

There have been reports of theft from the in-room safes, which definitely raises concerns about security.
